These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mild88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mild88 website located at https://mild88.lat, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the platform.

mild88 operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for players based in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of mild88. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the mild88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome available through mild88.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by mild88 as part of a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to confirm a Player's eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Platform" means the mild88 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated by mild88.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on mild88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mild88 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years old in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by mild88 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a mild88 employee or associated business entity.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on mild88. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change at any point.

mild88 may, at its sole discretion and at any point during your use of the Platform, require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence (issued within the last three months) confirming your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method(s) used to transact on the Platform (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account, Maybank account statement, or CIMB statement).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. mild88 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawals arising from a Player's failure to provide timely, accurate, or complete verification documentation.

mild88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (or an equivalent verified method) and only to accounts held in the Player's own name. mild88 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Processing Times: mild88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: typically within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Direct bank transfer (IBG): typically within 15–60 minutes of approval.

Processing times are indicative only and may be subject to variation during periods of high demand, public holidays, or system maintenance. mild88 accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment service provider.

mild88 offers various promotional bonuses and incentive programmes to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's Account balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• mild88 reserves the right to specify which games and bet types contribute towards satisfying Wagering Requirements. Live casino bets, certain slot games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates — details will be specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household address, per IP address, per device, per email address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• mild88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, amend the terms of any promotion, or disqualify any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion if it determines that the promotion is being abused, exploited, or participated in by ineligible persons.
• Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bets placed on mild88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms.

mild88 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet that was placed: (a) in error due to a system malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or data feed error; (b) after an event has concluded; (c) where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting activity, or any attempt to exploit a pricing error; or (d) where the bet would otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.

Sports Betting: Odds for all markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was confirmed.

Live / In-Play Betting: mild88 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. mild88 reserves the right to void live bets where there is a material delay between the actual occurrence of an in-play event and the recording of that bet in our system.

mild88's decisions on all bet settlement matters are final and binding. Where a Player disputes a settlement outcome, the matter must be raised with customer support within 14 calendar days of the relevant settlement date.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mild88 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different identity).
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to systematically extract value from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties in live casino or poker games.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Platform.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All content on the mild88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the mild88 brand name and trade marks — is the exclusive property of mild88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mild88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mild88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

mild88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mild88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. mild88 accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime, data loss, third-party payment processing delays, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

mild88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a means of generating income or solving financial problems. Players may, at any time, request the implementation of the following controls via our customer support team:

mild88 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon termination for cause, mild88 reserves the right to void outstanding bets and forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in a terminated Account following fraud screening will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting mild88 customer support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mild88 holds its operational licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to mild88's internal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must contact mild88 customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. mild88 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body. mild88's determination on all matters pertaining to the outcome of games and events shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.

mild88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, mild88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
